Total-Body Training

Total-Body Training Split — One Of My All-Time Favorites

It builds strength, power, and conditioning that carry over straight into true performance.

1. Train Movement Patterns, Not Just Muscles

Athletes move as one system. Total-body training improves coordination, force production, and control.

2. Prioritize Compound Lifts

Use squat, hinge, push, pull, carry, and rotate. These patterns train more in less time and build true athletic capacity.

3. Keep Power and Conditioning

Add jumps, sprints, throws, or explosive lifts. Then finish with controlled conditioning every other day.

How To Integrate

Train Total-Body 3 times a week with compound lifts, power work, and targeted conditioning in between Total-Body days and watch everything improves.
