Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and describes how StrengthCode handles consumer health data where laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act apply.
1. Consumer health data we collect
Depending on the features you use and information you choose to provide, consumer health data may include:
- age, sex, height, weight, body profile and activity level;
- menstrual-cycle dates, cycle length and related preferences;
- allergies, dietary restrictions, food preferences and nutrition goals;
- food logs, meals, calorie and macronutrient information;
- training programs, workouts, exercise performance, exertion, goals and progress;
- coaching messages or attachments containing health or wellness information;
- derived wellness information such as BMI, BMR, calorie targets, progress indicators and recommendations; and
- information that could reasonably identify your use of a nutrition, fitness, menstrual or wellness feature.
2. Sources
We collect consumer health data directly from you, from your use of StrengthCode features, from calculations based on your inputs, and from a coach or service provider acting at your direction. We do not purchase consumer health data from data brokers.
3. Why we collect and use it
We collect and use consumer health data to provide the products or services you request, including:
- creating and maintaining your profile;
- personalising training, nutrition and wellness features;
- calculating targets and presenting progress;
- providing coaching, scheduling and support;
- operating AI-supported features you request;
- maintaining user preferences and safety-related exclusions; and
- securing, diagnosing and improving the requested service.
We do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising. Optional analytics, session-recording and advertising scripts are disabled on protected account, coaching, nutrition-tracking and payment pages.
4. Consumer health data we share
We share consumer health data only as necessary to provide a feature you request, with your consent where required, or as permitted by law. Categories of recipients may include:

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity or Meta Pixel for optional tracking or advertising.
5. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- confirmation of whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data;
- access to the consumer health data we hold about you;
- a list of third parties and affiliates with whom it has been shared;
- withdrawal of consent for collection or sharing; and
- deletion of consumer health data, including notification to qualifying processors and third parties.
You may delete certain information or your account through the account interface. You may also email [email protected] with the subject “Consumer Health Data Request”. We may take reasonable steps to verify your request. An authorised agent may submit a request where applicable law permits.
If we deny a qualifying request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing the same address with the subject “Consumer Health Data Appeal”. If the appeal is denied, Washington residents may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
6. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when our consumer-health practices materially change and will obtain additional consent where required.
